If you would like to delete your account and associated user data, you can do so directly within the Syne Companion app.

How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your account and app data:

1. Open the Syne Companion app

2. Go to Settings

3. Select Delete User

4. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account through the app, we will permanently delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

This may include:

• Your account profile information

• App-related preferences and settings

• Associated user-generated or account-linked data stored by Syne

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

• Once deleted, you may lose access to app features, saved settings, and linked account data

• If you reinstall the app later, you may need to create a new account
